This is a great picture, it measures
31 1/2 inches wide and 27 inches high! In a wooden frame. We took it out to see what was wrote at the bottom, and it said,
Printmakers Morris Ben Dien, Inc New York. The Autumn Plate Painting has been portrayed on many things, plates, postcards,
ect.. This is a large picture, it also says E Greene, the artist on it. Morris Ben Dien were primarily known for Lithographs
in the early 1900's.
Due to the age of the picture and the color
palette, it was difficult to get a good pic out of the frame, sorry about the glare, even with the flash off I did not see
all the beauty in the camera that I saw in person. This picture is from the Sterling Illinois area. It was acquired
by an investor, it was left in a home he had bought! he has owned it for 50 years. Its time for downsizing, so now you can
